Items in stock will be shipped within 3 days or order confirmation.

Handmade items in the Sara Mali jewelry collection can take between a week to 1 days to produce.

Shipping:

All items are shipped in protective bubble envelopes, extra care is taken for fragile gemstones.

All packages are shipped regular mail through Canada Post. Tracking number is not included.
You can upgrade to express shipping,or add a tracking number upon request rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery times:
Canada : 1 to 7 days
United States : 1 to 2 weeks
International : 2 to 3 weeks

Please allow for extra delivery time through the holiday season.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase the items can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping fees) if returned in its original condition within 14 days.
